How long will it take my order to ship?

We normally ship orders on next working day. If your order is received by 10 AM GMT, we will strive to ship it that same working day. We don’t ship orders on the weekends, so if you order on Friday after 10 AM, it probably won’t be shipped until Monday morning.

 

Can you rush an order and ship it faster?

Yes. Just send us an email, and we’ll give you the price for faster shipping times.

 

How long does shipping take?

We use Royal Mail for UK shipping, and the delivery times are 3-6 working days. Orders ship from our warehouse in North London, so the further from us, the longer your shipping will take. In the case that you need expedited shipping, we ship via Royal Mail, which takes 2-3 days. For international shipping we use Royal Mail / ParcelForce. It typically takes 10-15 days to clear customs and get delivered to you. Countries as Brazil, Italy and Russia may takes considerably longer.

 

International Distribution and Shipping

We don’t have international distribution at this time, so all international purchases must be made through our website. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to a range of countries in the world. If you are unsure about whether or not we ship to your country, just send us an email.

 

Do I need to pay for customs fees/import taxes?

Most countries charge a customs fee. Please check with your government’s customs agency to determine if additional charges will be applied to your order. Each country has different laws and fees, and we aren’t able to track them all. The shipping fee that you pay when you ordering with us, does not include extra customs taxes and fees your country may charge you.

 

What are customs fees/import taxes?

Customs Fees are taxes or tariffs that are charged when shipping goods or merchandise across international borders. They are there to protect your country’s economy, jobs and beyond, because they control the flow of goods in and out of your country. They are charged by your country, and we have no ability to go around them. All shipments are subject to customs fees if you live in a country that enforces them.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Our shopping cart page has a shipping calculator for both domestic and international rates. Once you’ve picked out the items that you’d like from our website, simply head over to the checkout page and enter your shipping information to get a quick quote.

 

How will I know that my order has been processed and shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an automated email receipt letting you know that we received your information. We’ll then process your order and send an email letting you know that your order is ready for shipping. Finally, you will receive an email from Royal Mail with the tracking number for your shipment.

 

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can pick up your item from our Warehouse, HA8 0GA (Weekdays), or from our Office, NW4 2BJ (Weekends). Please DO NOT proceed to a checkout, if you are intend to collect goods in person. Please send us an email (info@skippingwell.com) with the item (s) wanted, so we prepare your order and arrange the Time and Location to pick up. There is no Postage charges for collections in person.

Purchases in quantities of Ten or more Skipping Ropes are granted with 10% discount.
